The thread quality as well as the T.I.R. are excellent and unsurpassed. They are achieved by the respective concept which is applied and the advanced design of all machines.

In cases of a no nut situation, nut defects, hole slugs in the core hole, or tap breakage, the machine ceases operation immediately and signals the operator by activating its flashlight.

In the event of faults occurring, a shutting flap prevents machined parts from accessing the part discharge conveyor belt. In this way, only perfect nuts reach the finished parts container.

The strong coolant current lubricates the thread tap very effectively and thus ensures a high cutting speed and a maximum tool life. At the same time, it maintains the cleanliness of all machine and tool parts. Even after extended service, there is no accumulation of chips anywhere.

The chips that are generated are discharged in an almost dry condition from the machine by means of a magnetic roller or a conveyor.

Depending on the geometry of the parts to be machined, either mechanically operated feed units or electromagnetic vibration conveyor feed units are used.

Mechanical and electrical safety devices ensure ideal protection for the operator and the machine. The design and construction of all machines corresponds to the latest state of the art technology, and meets the requirements of the latest E.E.C. electrical and mechanical safety regulations for the prevention of accidents (CE requirements).
